Hi, wondering what everyone is doing these days in regards to BSN requirement.
1) What is your education requirement for newly employed experienced staff nurses and new grad staff nurses?
2) Do you require newly hired nurses to sign a contract to attain their BSN degree within a certain number of years upon employment?
3) Did you previously require a BSN or a contract to attain the degree, but have now changed your requirement to not requiring the BSN?
4) If you can share, what it your tuition assistance amount to obtain BSN or MSN?
